Routine and emergency telephone appointments/Video consultation are available every day.

Practice is still carrying out routine childhood immunisation so please book appointment to see practice nurse if your child is due for any vaccination.

Practice also offers PATCHS service, patients can request PATCHS by filling online form for any advice and treatment 

PRESCRIPTION ORDERING :

Please note all prescription can be requested/ordered via Online access/my GP app, via PATCHS and your prescription will be sent electronically to nominated pharmacy.

NHS Walk-in Centres will continue to operate daily between 8am–8pm, with the exception of the city centre one on Hanover Street. However, people need to call first on 0300 100 1004 to arrange an appointment.

Anyone with coronavirus symptoms - a high temperature or a new, continuous cough – who needs medical advice, should use the dedicated NHS 111 coronavirus service online at: www.111.nhs.uk/COVID-19. You should only call NHS 111 for this if you can’t get help online, as their phone lines are very busy at this time.

If someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk, people should call 999 immediately, especially if they think that they or someone else is having a heart attack or stroke – every second counts with these conditions.

There is now a self-assessment website where you will be asked a series of questions with regards to your symptoms. Please use this if you think you have symptoms and follow the advice given to you before you contact 111 or the practice.

Getting Help to Stay at Home – with or without symptoms

Staying at home will slow the spread of the virus, help the NHS to cope and save lives. Ask family, friends and neighbours to get what you need such as shopping or prescriptions, and use online services. Liverpool City Council has volunteers geared up to support people too, so you can also call Liverpool City Council on 0151 233 3066 from 8am to 6pm, seven days a week or request help online.

Liverpool City Council also want to identify more volunteers. If you are free to offer to help someone the number is 0151 233 3068 or register to volunteer online.

Getting Medical Help

If you need medical help not related to coronavirus, do not go to places like a GP surgery, pharmacy or hospital in person.

• The NHS website to check symptoms and for health advice  
• Your GP surgery website ( use this link to find it ) and use their online support where possible.  
• For same-day medical help, use the NHS 111 online service. Call 111 if you're unable to get help online.  
• For life-threatening emergencies, call 999 for an ambulance.  

Surgery Half Day closure for staff training

Please note surgery will be closed for half day (in the afternoon from 1:00pm) every last Thursday of the month for staff training and development except in the month of August and December.
